In terms of area of the world, the best place is generally dry, moderate or hot areas of the country. If the area that you live in is covered in snow seven months out of the year, you likely won't have much time to enjoy your outdoor kitchen. However, if the area you live in is generally warm enough that you can comfortably spend time outdoors, you are probably in the perfect location.

Not only can you enjoy your outdoor kitchen at night, but you should make it a point to do so. Many of the places that sell outdoor kitchens also sell lighting packages, as well, in which they set up lighting fixtures that help set a mood and theme to the area. Of course, if these packages are too expensive for you, there's also the inexpensive area of doing it yourself. Flood lights, tiki torches and even Christmas lights can be used in the lighting process. It's your outdoor kitchen; you should find ways to make it comfortable and fun to enjoy.
